Structure & Execute

3. Constitute investment vehicle or use supplier structure. Structured as a Delaware Series LLC, insulating the assets and liabilities of each series from one another. We are comfortable doing deals with 3rd Party PE specialty funds and family offices. How we Monetize
We aim to monetize by replicating a Private Equity Firm fee structure. 2% Management fee to cover our operating costs & 20% Performance fee as a reward for our services.
